1. Overview

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Hashtag Supply. However, if you change your mind or something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy sets out your rights to return items and receive refunds.


2. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To cancel, you must contact us at info@hashtagsupply.co.uk within this period.


3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please:

  1. Email us at info@hashtagsupply.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Send the item back to the return address provided.

4. Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene or customisation. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items without original packaging

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hashtagsupply.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.


7. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We cannot issue a refund for returned items that are damaged due to misuse or not in resaleable condition.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
