We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted UK couriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri

The choice of courier will depend on the size and weight of your order.


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • We do not offer free delivery or free returns unless explicitly stated on a promotion or product page.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available from the selected courier).


6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery or leave instructions to collect from a local depot.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, you may be charged for redelivery.

7. Click-and-Collect & Local Delivery

We do not currently offer click-and-collect or local delivery. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.


8. Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@hashtagsupply.co.uk. We will investigate the delay with the courier and keep you updated.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged packaging/items, and details of the issue.

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
